Computer Programming

 

      This programme aims at training intermediate staff regarding the needs of information technology sector. The target of this program is to equip students with knowledge about software/hardware projects and do Research & Development. In this programme, hardware, system, computer network and software engineering issues are of higher priority. Graduates with qualifications required by information technologies will contribute a great deal to the labour force of our country.

 

      In the first year of their programme, via courses on hardware, algorithm, theory, computer network, computer architecture and network programming, students will gain the necessary knowledge and skills on system and computer network. Furthermore, quality control and business administration courses are also included for a better understanding of industrial process.

 

      We will evaluate the success of the program through:

  • seminars and term papers prepared by students
  • internships in business field
  • dissertation

      Besides, students’ levels of success and adaptation to their work place after graduation will help determine the structure of the program in the future.

 

      Conditions required for graduation are as follows:

  • 31 class hours (101 credits)
  • Completion of 30-day internship in the second year of the program
  • Dissertation  Defense Presentation in the last year
