The faculty has been established with the purposes of educating students who

• are to contribute to scientific and cultural developments of our country where the effort to create a new, information-based society is still continuing,
• have global awareness,
• are able to adapt to the changing pace of the global competition, and
• are determined to remain enthusiastic for progress.

The goal of the faculty is to raise and guide a generation of creative and productive individuals who

• attach particular importance to universal knowledge,
• observe current developments, and give weight to do research,
• know how to access knowledge,
• have the ability to question, and
• are aware of the power of knowledge.-
