DECLARATION ABOUT THE SETTLEMENT AND THE CABINET DECISION UPON THE OPENNING OF THE FACULTY OF LAW

Decision No: 2008/13660

Settlement of the Faculty of Law, affiliated to the Rectorate of Izmir University: is agreed by the council of Ministers in 06.05.2008, as per the law of Ministry of education, dated 28.03.1983 and numbered 2809 and per its additional article, numbered 30.

The way of the settlement of the Faculty is a frequently asked question. Faculty of Law of the İzmir University is not mentioned in this year's OSYM (Student Selection and Placement Office) guide. So that, candidates won't be able to prefer it.
Faculty of Law of İzmir University will just be preferred by the candidates, who were not placed in any department, starting from the date quotas had been announced and notified by YÖK (Turkish Higher Education Board).
